Payment Details:
Insurance: Please bring your insurance card(s)to your first appointment and a method of copayment. Please verify coverage and copayment with your insurance company before your first session if you are uncertain if insurance will cover your sessions or if you do not know your copayment amount. I will bill your insurance company for you, but if insurance refuses to pay, you will be responsible for the total amount due. Your method of copayment will be stored securely and charged after each session.
Pay By: ACH Bank transfer, American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Paypal, Venmo and Visa.
Checks are accepted, but their is an additional fee charged to your account if the check bounces.
Payment Options
Cash Pay Private Practice Fees:
$150 for Intake Session (1-hour)
$120 for all subsequent individual sessions (1-hour)
$100 for all subsequent individual sessions (45 min.)
$75 for all subsequent individual sessions (30 min.)
Sliding Fee Scale
$50 (30 min. to 1-hour)
Depending upon income and family size for those who are below the government poverty guidelines after qualifying applications are approved.
